Lux Mesh

Sport Chic continuously revolves into fresher, more modern designs each season. One of the most recognizable details of the sporty trend is mesh.

Alexander Wang, Veronique Leroy, Milly, Balmain and various other designers helped bring mesh into a new class of sophistication this season. Since its return in 2012, mesh has become a more feminine element instead of it being heavily influenced by sports or athleticism.  This spring season designers are using netted, woven, and fishnet fabrics to bring this suggestive and alluring fabric to life. The fabrics are more luxurious than ever with leather, silk organza, satin, neoprene, and wool crepe materials being used to create the woven illusion.
