CASTING FOR AMPUTEE ISSUE
This casting is FREE.
We are looking People and Models who are AMPUTEES. You do not have to be an athlete or public person to apply. The Amputee Issue is currently being produced until mid-December 2017 for January 2018 release.
Open to US Residents Only at this time. This is not a paid opportunity. You will be exposed to millions of people on social media and the Internet. You will be required to sign a waiver of consent and model release. This includes photography submissions as well. If you are under 18, you must have a legal guardian or parent on set. No exceptions. This issue is set to drop January 2018 and will have amputee in its entirety throughout the magazine. This questionnaire is solely for that purpose and allows us to maximize the content for this issue.
