The Liaison Capitol Hill in Washington, DC is a chic boutique hotel that is the perfect setting if you’re looking to create a ‘Sex in the City’ type of weekend with your girlfriends or weekend with your significate other. Located in the heart of Washington, DC not far from many historic landmarks and attractions.
One of our favorite things about this hotel is that it’s pet-friendly. The only requirement is a $75 nonrefundable deposit to host your pet. Adjacent to the hotel are some great dog parks so your little one will enjoy exploring DC right along with you.
A few exciting renovations were happening during our stay, including the rooftop pool area that is expected to be completed sometime this Spring. The rooftop pool & lounge will be open seasonally from Memorial Day through September 30th, and the views from the rooftop are spectacular!

If you fly into DC, the hotel is about 15 minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport. Need to park your car? Valet parking is offered at the hotel with in-and-out privileges throughout your stay ($59 per night).

The Liaison Capitol Hill provides superb room service from 7am-10pm. Room service is provided by the Art and Soul Restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. With an intimate atmosphere, The Art and Soul serve down-home Southern cuisine.
After a great meal, don’t forget to explore the city. The hotel is around the corner from a handful of great museums, and the nightlife is a short Uber ride away (use promo code: 98w41 to get up to $20 off for first-time users), or you can walk right over to Union Station and catch the Metro.
It happened to be Pre-Valentine’s Day Weekend while we were visiting so caught a live performance at the historic John F. Kennedy Center featuring Alice Smith & Bilal. After the performance, we danced the night away at Eighteen Street Lounge. There are so many things to do in DC. You shouldn’t have a dull moment during your visit if you plan accordingly.
