What does confidence mean to you? Confidence is a characteristic which requires constant training of acknowledging and believing your self-worth while remaining humble. It is also a characteristic that can be easily obtained by anyone but only maintained by those with courage.
Have you ever had a body image issue? Yes, in a society where “too much” of anything isn’t accepted. I’ve always reminded how slim I am. Of course, being tall does no justice to avoid that. There have been times when I’ve also been told: “I’m too tall.” I can’t help that though, the only thing in my control is to embrace it!
