What’s your definition of confidence? I think confidence is a belief in yourself. Confidence is knowing everything will be alright. When you have confidence, you can be in the midst of a storm, but your confidence is telling you everything is fine and well.

Have you ever had body image issues? As a young adult, there are many twists and turns in the industry; that includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, working out, building confidence and taking risks. I had issues with the lack of eating and workout commitments. Therefore my body would not get specific nutrients it needed to build muscle and led to me becoming very uncomfortable with taking body pictures and even staring at my body while getting depressed. Now that I have maintained a steady diet and worked out consistently, I am very confident and pleased showing off.
