FAQs

What’s the purpose of the tour? We want to educate anyone looking to maximize their exposure in the modeling and entertainment industry. This includes new models, models currently working in the business and parents of models. Expect to be inspired and motivated.

Are you planning a tour for children under 14 years of age? Yes. This requires more planning. We will make the announcement when we have more details to share.

Is there a height requirement? No. There are industry height requirements, however, we all want participants to become aware of industry standards and knowledge of where your look may fit.

What is your age minimum? 14. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

I would like to have my portfolio critiqued, is there an additional cost? Yes. $25 plus the cost of admission. We will only critique 10 participants per city. First come, first serve.

Are you looking for models for your tour? Not at this time, however, we will be selecting one male and one female from the audience to participant in our LIVE photo shoot.

Do I need to bring anything? If you are getting your portfolio critiqued, please bring printed portfolio and/or iPad/Tablet version. If you have comp cards, bring those as well.

I’m a twin. Do we purchase one ticket? No. You have to purchase individual tickets. This also applies to triplets.

What if I purchase a ticket and cannot attend? All sales are final and non-transferrable. Also, you cannot use the ticket for another city. You can only use your ticket for the city you’re looking to attend.

I’m a fashion designer, hair, and makeup artist. Can I attend? Though the tour is exclusive to models, this would be a great opportunity to hear feedback from models about the lack of diversity in fashion and advertising.

Will the tour travel aboard? Yes. The second leg of the tour is expected to travel to Toronto, London, and Berlin, Germany. The second phase expected to start in September 2016.

Are you looking for interns for the tour to help with the flow of the event? Not at this time. If this changes, we will post via our social media pages.

Who will be on the panel? Editor in Chief, Jerris Madison; Editor at Large, Raven Roberts and casting directors/modeling agency bookers. The complete list of panelist will be revealed one week before the event per city.
