If you travel as much as we do, you learn a hotel is only as good as the people who work there. The staff at this beautiful property are warm, attentive, and kind. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you can’t help but to gaze up and get lost in their unique lighting centerpiece in the heart of the lobby that stops you in your tracks.
We had the pleasure of staying on the 23rd floor in a spacious Guest Room adjacent to the Concierge Lounge with full access to:

Before my colleague arrived, I ordered a bowl of Signature Tortilla Soup (Avocado, Crispy Tortilla) and a Margherita Pizza (Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, Olive Oil). I’m a Foodie who loves Tortilla Soup, and this is best I’ve ever had to date.
We had the opportunity to have a private dinner Executive Chef Robert Graham. The chef was one of the most humble and personable people we’ve ever met. “I was hired by our General Manager, Pete Ells, who I’ve known for over 10+ years. We are friends, and it just felt right being apart of the Sonesta Family.” Says Chef Graham.

If you love Tapas-style options, you will love their menu. Chef Graham recommended small plates: Charred Shishitos (Soy, Ginger, Garlic, shown), and Crispy Rock Shrimp (Scallions, Sriracha Aioli).
For dinner, Chef suggested the Pan Seared Scallops (Parsnip Puree, Smoked Pork Belly, Wild Mushrooms, Truffle Jus), Blackened Shrimp (Penne, Grilled Corn, Spinach, Cajun Cream), and Braised Short Rib (Pappardelle, Olives, Capers, Tomato, Ricotta, Gremolata).
Our favorite alcoholic beverage with the Hibiscus Lemon Drop (New Amsterdam Citron Vodka, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Fresh Lemon, Hibiscus Tea Syrup). Wow, it’s refreshing!
The overall menu is simplistic without overbearing options. Vegan options are available upon request.

Lunch: Open daily from 10:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: Open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
